Seve7n Builders Jamaica Ltd. signs a $3.5 Billion Investment Agreement with Alpina Investments, Inc.

This mega-developments project, Phase 1 is scheduled to break ground in Q1 of 2023, followed by several subsequent phases.


Description of investment: On November 29, 2022, Seve7n Builders Jamaica Ltd. reached a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Alpina Investments to launch

hydrogen infrastructure, hotel, residential infrastructure and social housing.

The agreement also included the provision of essential infrastructure in the country. It is aimed at meeting the objectives set by the European Green Deal, specifically the ‘Fit for 55’ package. The total investment value amounts to approx. USD$3.5 Billion.


  • Upgrade existing major hotel to 5-star luxury standards

  • Develop and build two new Hotel buildings with 300 Rooms each.

  • Build 580 Luxury Condominiums.

  • Acquisition of over 200 acres of farmland

  • Purchase 99.5 acres of land to develop 216 Villas.

  • Design and build waste management sewage system.

  • Build a Hydrogen energy power plant.

  • Purchase 650 acres of land to develop 3500 homes for mixed-used development.
